We had so much fun last year, we thought we’d do it again.

Berkeley Spark is a non-profit, fiscally sponsored by Berkeley Parters for Parks, a 501(c)3 organization.

We are a group of social and cultural change makers, tech professionals, designers, inventors and leaders who get together each spring and summer to produce a number of East Bay events, including the Berkeley Spark festival along with community forums, a film series, and more — all focusing on art, innovation, entrepreneurship and community engagement.

The Berkeley Spark festival is a community-based, participant-driven event connecting the greater East Bay and its surrounding communities.  We’re also the place for those who would like to enjoy the Burning Man culture (on and off the playa) and for those heading out to the desert – to pick up clothing, accessories, technology and other essential items.

Bart, bike, hop, skip, dance, jump, or stroll your way over to Civic Center Park!  We look forward to seeing you there.

Civic Center Park is pet-friendly.

After Hours ~ After the festival, head east to downtown Berkeley for some of the finest local dining and entertainment here in the East Bay.
